Tonight, the Posse will discuss Luke’s Gospel for the 29th Sunday of Ordinary Time, Chapter 18, verses 1-8. In this reading Jesus tells us to pray without becoming weary with a parable about a judge who is bothered by a widow who wants a just judgement rendered by the judge for her. We are to keep praying for our needs and God will see that justice is done for us. The second half of this week’s show we will see what Holy Days of Obligation are all about and try to figure out how they came to be and how the church manages them throughout the year.
